NO, NO and NO! We are a retail only store. We do not sell our items to other stores. If you are a retail boutique looking to sell what we have, we reccommend that you use your brain to do the same tedious, time consuming, expensive research we have done over the years. We are not going to give you our contacts. So please stop emailing us, we are sick of it already. Do your own work for crying out loud!! We refuse to answer anymore emails regarding this question.

In a tiny apartment located in the Village of NYC.
Do you have a store front? TOP
Not yet. But we will soon!! Our first store will be located in the East Village, NYC. And we plan on taking over the world one big city at a time.
Do you make everything you sell in your store? TOP
Hell No! I would be in a mental institution by now if I did. Thanks for asking tho.
Whats up with the sizing charts? TOP
All of our dog clothes are made by many different companies. And they all have different size charts, which are listed under each and every garment. We put them there for your convenience. So please measure your pet accordingly. Your dog might take a small in one garment, but a large in another. So please double check the sizes chosen before check out. Of course if you have any sizing questions, please email us at info@thepunkypup.com we will be happy to guide you in finding the perfect fit for your pooch.
Can I return an item? TOP
Yes, you can. Below is our returns policy:
Although
we understand that sometimes people make purchases that do not suit
their needs, The Punky Pup.com does not offer cash-back refunds.
Exchanges and store credits are available within seven days of receipt of your item.
All returned products must be unused,
unworn, and undamaged, with tags still attached. We reserve the right
to refuse a store credit request or exchange if it does not comply with
this policy.
All return shipping charges must be
prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your
protection, we recommend that you use UPS or insured USPS for your
return. We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.
Due to health regulations, pet
blankets, beds, carriers and toys are final sales. They cannot be
returned, even for an exchange or store credit.
Please be sure to measure your pet correctly and refer to the sizing charts that have been provided for your reference.
